With over 24 years of experience in the Indian debt market, Mr. Vikas Jain has been a pivotal figure at A. K. Capital Group , where he has led credit evaluation, advisory, and business development for a wide spectrum of private sector companies, including mid-market enterprises. Over the last about 10 years, he has been part of the investment banking team at A K Capital Services Limited, managing the proprietary pool of over Rs. 400 crores, focused on dealing in fixed income securities His key skills are in successfully understanding the needs of clients, credit evaluation & structuring the fund raise to align with investors risk appetite based on robust knowledge of capital markets and instruments. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Jain has donned multiple hats—handling placement responsibilities with retirement funds , advising venture debt funds , and structuring varied debt instruments . His strategic insights have consistently delivered value across the lifecycle of debt financing, from origination to execution. Mr. Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma in Treasury & Forex Management from ICFAI. He has also successfully completed the NISM-Series-XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination , underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and regulatory excellence.
