Tushar Agrawal is the Fund Manager of the Grobiz SME Opportunity Fund. Tushar has more than a decade of experience in the investment industry, where he has backed more than 50 early-stage businesses across private markets. His deep exposure to company-building from the ground up sharpens his for spotting high-quality businesses early — those with enduring moats, efficient capital allocation, and founder ambition that translates into consistent execution. At Grobiz, he is creating a fund with this founder-oriented mindset to listed and unlisted SMEs, aiming to identify scalable businesses with operational excellence and structural tailwinds. He believes that India’s SMEs will play a pivotal role in the country’s journey toward becoming a $10 trillion+ economy — and is passionate about partnering with driven promoters to help realize that potential. He is working with the aim to compound capital meaningfully for investors by identifying fundamentally strong SME businesses at the right inflection points.
