Akash began his career in the equity markets in 2016, gaining wideranging exposure across global equities, Indian markets, and emergingasset classes like crypto. A graduate of BITS Pilani with a B.E. (Hons.) degree, he is currently pursuing an MSc. in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University to further strengthen his quantitative expertise and investment acumen. Before co-founding Astratinvest, Akash founded multiple ventures that highlight his entrepreneurial drive and vision. These include AstratquantLabs Pvt. Ltd., a fintech company focused on quantitative technologies; Astratmutual Pvt. Ltd., an AI-driven platform simplifying mutual fund investments; and Quant Meridian Capital, a holding company built to support long-term financial innovation. In his professional journey, Akash has also held pivotal roles such as Software Developer – Manager Level at Reliance Jio Infocomm Pvt.Ltd., where he led teams working on advanced technology and generative AI projects. Shivam Agrawal is the Co-Founder, Director, and CEO of Astratinvest Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. He is a seasoned professional in quantitative finance with expertise spanning hedge fund management, algorithmic trading, and advanced data analytics. With a strong academic foundation in mathematics and mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani, he brings analytical rigor and a deep passion for capital markets to every venture he undertakes.Shivam began his career at Wells Fargo as a Quantitative Analytics Specialist, where he validated over fifteen fixed-income derivative models. His role involved critically analyzing model assumptions, parameter sensitivities, and compliance frameworks while coordinating with development, governance, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and robustness.He later gained extensive leadership experience at Amazon Operations, managing a workforce of more than 600 associates and overseeing outbound processes handling 40,000 daily shipments. His contributions included process redesigns that enhanced efficiency, improved user engagement, and reduced operational wastage through innovative, datadriven approaches. As an entrepreneur, Shivam co-founded Astratquant Labs, a data-driven solutions company that transformed complex market data into actionable investment insights using quantitative models. He is also spearheading Astratmutual, an AI-powered platform that simplifies mutual fund investments and empowers distributors and investors with advanced analytics, investment tracking, and CRM capabilities.Shivam’s journey reflects a unique blend of institutional expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and technical excellence.
