Radhika has worked in multiple countries, including India, US and UAE and with her international wealth management exposure, has worked in regulated financial products from several jurisdictions globally including India, US, UK, EU, Singapore and Mauritius. As a successful business head and product expert, she has launched wealth management businesses across several large financial organisations in the past, where her role as Head of Products and Advisory involved running the investment due diligence and evaluation process, including the responsibility to establish and run Investment committee for the banks. In her last role at Emirates Islamic Bank in Dubai, she oversaw an investment AUM of USD 2bn+ spread across bonds, equities, funds, structured products, private equity, hedge funds and derivative strategies. Radhika is a CFA charterholder from CFA Institute, USA since 2011 and has done MBA in Finance and Strategy from IIM Calcutta, the most premier business school in India. She has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has cleared several modules of CISI certifications and other industry certifications.
