Mr. Rajeev Ranjan is Founder and CEO &MD of Brighter Mind Group. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of rich & diverse experience in the financial services industry. He had keen interest in financial and portfolio management since the beginning of his career and had actively helped clients in the financial planning and investment management as part of asset allocation requirements. He has a deep understanding of equity as an asset class and its cycles in India. He has first-hand experience of three complete market cycles in Indian equities and actively participated in it. In his role, at Brighter Mind group, he actively gets involved with the investment management team from idea generations and assessment phase. His value investing approach along with deep understanding of businesses has helped Brighter Mind group add value to the clients in their Investment management needs.

Co-Founder & CIO, Fund Manager

Manoj Mahadeorao Bandre is a seasoned fund manager with near a decade of experience in Indian Equity market. He is also a co-founder of Brighter Mind Asset Management Pvt Ltd, Investment manager of Brighter Mind Inevitable Fortune Fund, a CAT-III AIF. He is an engineer, PGDFA and MBA by qualification and have extensively worked in proprietary fund management desk of a reputed listed Indian company in the past. He has deep understanding of businesses, assessing management quality and valuation approaches which he practiced across business cycles. His focus on picking business at early stages of business transformation has delivered superior results. The business and value-oriented investment process make him stand differentiated among fund management community.
