Founded in 2012 as a value oriented multifamily investment office catering to a private group of family and friends, Compound Everyday Capital became a SEBI registered Portfolio Manager in 2019. AMC offer discretionary Portfolio Management Services vide SEBI registration number INP000006633.Their investment objective is to generate long term sustainable returns over benchmark indices with a focus on protection of capital.They aspire to do that by owning good quality businesses within circle of competence at reasonable prices. Their PMS strategy – Long Term Focused Value holds concentrated portfolio of 10-20 stocks across market capitalisation and sectors. It’s focus is on businesses with long and profitable runway. They limit themselves to managements that have demonstrated history of intelligent capital allocation, conservative accounting and fair treatment of minority shareholders. They are happy to hold investee companies for long term till they remain good and reasonably priced. Their team comprise of six members. Three of them, in the research team, together have investment experience of 25 years and hold among them 6 all India CA ranks, 2 all India CS ranks and MBA from IIM Bangalore.
