Founded by Pratekk Agarwaal, an esteemed IIM Kozhikode alumnus, leveraging his rich experience across multiple industries and leadership roles with prominent companies like Idea Cellular , Vodafone, Fullerton India, Bajaj Finance, IndoStar Capital and BharatPe as CBO- Lending, alongside his successful track record as an angel investor, Syndicate Lead in over 30 startups with an impressive 80% success rate with 6 exits, and 24+ follow-on rounds . He was also a part of the Corporate Governance Committee of the G20 & S20-Startup framework under the sherpa Amitabh Kant. Distilling his extensive experience and investor insights, Pratekk's hands-on experience with industry giants, coupled with his keen eye for identifying the right founders and promising startups, uniquely positions GrowthCap to identify exciting ventures and partner with promising founders to drive the next leg of growth.
