Mr. Anand Shah CIO – PMS & AIF
Mr Anand Shah assumed the role of Head of PMS and AIF Investments at IPAMC in February 2021. In the past, Anand was Deputy CEO and Head of Investments at BNP Paribas Asset Management Company, where he oversaw both onshore and offshore mandates sub-advised and sales. Anand has earned numerous accolades and prestigious awards for fund management, including 'The CIO of the Year Award 2014-15' from Asia Asset Management. His association with BNP Asset Management spanned almost a decade, starting in March 2011. Before that, Anand served as the Head of Equities at Canara Robeco Asset Management for three years from March 2008. He also held the position of Co-Head Equities at ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Vice President of Investments at Kotak Mutual Fund for six years from May 2000 to December 2006. Anand holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a B.E. degree from Regional Engineering College, Surat.
Mr Chockalingam Narayanan Head Equities – PMS & AIF (Long only)
Chockalingam joined ICICI Prudential AMC in July 2022. He is a senior fund manager in PMS & AIF at IPAMC. Chockalingam has nearly two decades of extensive experience in fund management, investment research and market analysis. He has been instrumental in analysing business fundamentals to derive relevant and actionable analysis that leads to portfolio growth. He is consistently relied upon for providing detailed macroeconomic analysis as well as insights into the financial markets and ESG that serve as key foundation pillars for various investment strategies he has worked on in his career. Before joining IPAMC, he has worked with leading organisations like Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Equities India Pvt Limited and Batlivala & Karani Securities. Academically, Chockalingam has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal and a Bachelor of Commerce from G. R. Damodaran College of Science. He has also passed the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, USA.
Ms. Geetika Gupta Senior Fund Manager- PMS & AIF
Ms Geetika Gupta joined IPAMC in August 2021. Currently she works in the capacity of a fund manager for Portfolio Management Services & Alternative Investment Funds. She has over a decade of experience in investments, both in sell-side as well as buy-side equity research. Prior to joining IPAMC, she was Vice President at First Voyager Advisors for six years, where she was responsible for the fund's investments in Indian equities. Before that that, Ms Gupta was a research analyst at Kotak Institutional Equities for four years (2011-15), covering the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) space. She began her career in 2007 at Lehman Brothers covering US Equities and later interned with Morgan Stanley, Singapore in the Investment Banking Division in 2010. She comes with a deep understanding of the BFSI sector, as well as in B2C businesses in the consumer and technology space. She is an alumnus of IIT Delhi (B. Tech, Chemical Engineering) and IIM Ahmedabad.

Paul S Parampreet joined IPAMC in May 2024. Currently he works in the capacity of a fund manager for Alternates where he is responsible for Investment research and devising investment strategies for AIF portfolios.Paul S. Parampreet has worked in the financial services sector for more than 15 years. His most recent position was as a Client Portfolio Manager with Franklin Templeton in the UK and India, where he managed client portfolios comprising multiple asset classes and advised institutional customers on asset allocation. He managed absolute return equities using quantitative techniques, made themed investments, and advised on asset allocation across multi-asset class investments involving a combination of private and public asset classes while serving as Associate Director of Strategic Investments at Edelweiss Group before that. Before that, he oversaw several equities mutual funds as Vice President and Head of Equities at Edelweiss Asset Management. He holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Mr. Prem Khurana joined ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd (IPAMC) in December 2024 as Senior Fund manager (NDPMS & Advisory). Prem comes with nearly two decades of experience in the field of sell-side fundamental equity research and has won many accolades and was well regarded on the buy-side for his research in real estate and infra sectors.In his previous role, Prem was Associate Director, Institutional Equities at Anand Rathi. He was associated with the company for nearly a decade. Prior to this, he was the Head of Sector for real estate, infrastructure and construction at B&K Securities Pvt. Mr Sandip Santdasani Fund Manager – AIF
Sandip joined ICICI Prudential AMC in August 2008.Sandip is Associate Vice President in Investments–PMS & AIF at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd (IPAMC) and he is a part of the Fund Management team for Alternate Investments. He joined IPAMC in 2008 and he has been associated with IPAMC for more than a decade where he has successfully navigated several roles and responsibilities across Business Development and Product Development and Strategy in PMS & AIFs (long only and long short funds).Sandip comes with a rich experience and understanding of mutual funds and Alternates. He is currently a part of Investment Team in PMS & AIFs, involved in equity research, providing research for investments in mutual fund schemes by PMS multi-manager strategies. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining models for stock selection based on quantitative factors.As a part of core team in Alternates, he provides key insights on products and the investment process to both internal and external stakeholders – especially to large corporates, promoters, family offices and distribution partners. He works closely with the business development team, product team for new product and features, road shows, and presentations.He is a CFA Charter holder from the CFA Institute, USA, and also holds a master’s in business administration from MS University of Baroda, Vadodara.
