OAKS is an independent, partner-owned investment firm founded in 2015. The firm offers products investing in private equity and public equities. Private equity business - We invest in simple, scalable consumer businesses founded by experienced entrepreneurs in India. Our portfolio companies focus on high quality brands providing affordable products & services for the mass market while avoiding winner take all / most segments. This is currently being offered via the Oaks India Consumer Fund - a Category 2 AIF. Public equities - In early 2021, we launched the ABC Equity Portfolio - a PMS offering which invests into 3-5 transformational trends that are currently under-valued / under-owned via a concentrated portfolio of ~15 stocks. The portfolio is managed with an absolute return orientation and customized as per time of subscription. It typically will invest in sectors that have relatively lower weightage in the indices and complements existing Index fund/ETF/ diversified MF exposures. We are headquartered at Mumbai, India.
