A boutique investment management firm founded by Mr. Sanjay Parekh in November 2021 with an aspiration to create an asset management platform known for its expertise, integrity, transparency and the attitude to keep client interest paramount.Supported by a research team which is passionate, experienced, focused and ethical in conduct and works cohesively to a singular objective of creating alpha over benchmark index in the long term.Our objective is “To invest in business following GARP style (Growth at reasonable price) with an objective to provide risk adjusted return over long term.”To achieve our objective we shall have a focused universe combined with in depth research, strong domain knowledge, second order thinking, clear valuation models, agility and speed in acting with conviction, clear balance between action vs inaction and avoidance of any errors of commission or omission.

Sanjay H Parekh (Bachelor of Commerce, Chartered Accountant – Passed in May 1994) has 27 years of research experience, of which first ten years were in research across sectors – Oil & Gas, Cement, Petrochemicals, Banking, Information Technology Services, Media. Later 17 years has been in Funds Management in Equities – ASK Investment Managers (Head of Investment – 2005 to 2008), ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (Senior Fund Manager – 2008- 2012), Nippon India Mutual Fund (Senior Fund Manager – February 2012 to 9th Sep 2021).
