Mr Nischal Shah

Senior Portfolio Manager

Nischal Shah has over 16 years of diverse experience in fixed-income investments, credit structuring, credit rating, and institutional credit sales. Prior to joining VAM, he was Director of Institutional Credit Sales at Standard Chartered Bank, Mumbai. He has also held senior roles at Franklin Templeton India, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and ICRA, where he led investment appraisal and portfolio management. Nischal is a Chartered Accountant (All-India Rank holder), CFA (USA), and a postgraduate from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.

Mr Priyam Kedia

Senior Portfolio Manager

Priyam Kedia has over 17 years of experience in high-yield origination, structured finance, and fund management. Prior to VAM, he was Managing Director at Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors (EAAA), where he led the Performing Credit fund. His earlier roles include leadership positions at ICICI Bank and KMIL with a strong track record in credit origination, structured products, and investment across sectors. Priyam holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Mr Raghunath T

Raghunath T is Head of Credit at Vivriti Asset Management. He has 14+ years of experience in credit investments, ratings and research. Prior to this, he was Assistant Vice President at ICRA Ratings, Indian arm of Moody's. He has done his MBA from IIM Kozhikode and BE from College of Engineering, Guindy

Mr Siddhartha Choudhary

Senior Portfolio Manager

Siddhartha Choudhary has over 17 years of experience in credit, origination, and structuring. At Vivriti Asset Management, he is a senior member of the investment team leading financial services allocation across all close ended funds of VAM. He has managed Vivriti Short Term Debt Fund (STDF) and is currently managing Vivriti India Retail Assets Fund (VIRAF), India’s first PTC focused fund based out of GIFT City. Prior to this, he managed client coverage for west and south region where he was responsible for origination and credit monitoring of on-boarded clients. He has managed entire credit cycle starting from credit note preparation, sanction to exposure management. He has an experience of structuring/executing full suite of products like funded/non funded limits, securitization, portfolio buyout and capital market instruments [NCD/CP]. He has done his MBA from IIM Lucknow and B. Tech from IIT Guwahati

Mr Soumendra Ghosh

Soumendra Ghosh is the chief investment officer at Vivriti Asset Management and is one of the founding members of Vivriti Group where he built the capital markets practice prior to setting up the group’s asset management business.Soumendra has 20+ years of experience across asset management, investment banking, and structured finance at Northern Arc Capital, HSBC and IFCI Group.He holds an MBA in Finance from Indian School of Business and is a CFA Charter holder.As CIO of Vivriti Asset Management, Soumendra is responsible for overall investment strategy, portfolio management and product structuring
