Bhavya Bagrecha brings over two decades of leadership across real estate, investments, and strategic financial planning. He has managed over ?2,500 crore in investments and was instrumental in setting up India's first REIT-like structure under SEBI VCF guidelines. Bhavya has a proven track record in leading high-stakes investment strategies, joint ventures, fund structuring, and regulatory navigation—across sectors like real estate, logistics, and infrastructure. His career includes senior roles at landmark institutions like Tata Steel, Milestone Capital, and Landmark Capital Advisors. Bhavya’s strength lies in evaluating and scaling real estate opportunities with a sharp focus on value creation, risk mitigation, and tax efficiency. With a deep understanding of both on shore and offshore fund mechanisms, he ensures every investment is strategically structured and performance-driven.

Nishad Khanolkar, is a Chartered Accountant and associate member of CPA Australia. He has a rich experience of global fund management of 17 years in addition to 5years of Corporate Finance. Previously he was the CEO of SP Growth Partners, an Asset Management Company based out of Hong Kong. Currently he has been associated with India Inflection Opportunity Fund (“IIOF”), a CAT II AIF managed by Pantomath Group since day one of the Fund launch. Post their success with India Inflection Opportunity Fund Series I (“IIOF”) wherein they managed to raise the Commitment of INR 500 Crores, they have launched their next series of fund "Bharat Value Fund" ("BVF"), a INR 1,000 crores (Mid-Market Pre-IPO J-Curve Investment Opportunity)
