More than a decade of industry experience, as an investment manager, Nitish Pandey leverage his expertise in Hedge Fund, equity research, and portfolio management to deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns. He is actively managing Long Short strategy, fundamental equity research, and navigating complex market conditions, and generating low-volatile returns.Before Yes Securities, Nitish worked with Tata Asset Management, Motilal Oswal Financial services Ltd., and Cosmea Quantamental Investment Management Pvt Ltd. and built an in-depth understanding of alternative investment strategies, including Hedge Fund, structured product, and portfolio management services.Nitish holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics and Post graduate certification in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management from IIQF and MBA in Finance.

Mr Ravindra Bhandari

Co- Fund Manager

Ravindra has over 15years of experience in capital markets covering various function like investment banking in a global bank, investor relation in large conglomerate & investment team in a leading Indian family office. Prior to joining YES Securities in 2021, he was part of investment team at Family office, managing AUM of over Rs500cr, looking for investment ideas in Equity, debt and derivative strategies. He has worked in large organization like CRISIL, HSBC & Vedanta, within YES Securities he is also part of Investment committee in YSL Wealth Maximizer CAT III AIF. He has completed his MBA from XIM-B, along with CFA and FRM.

Ms Vidhi Raval

Assistant Fund Manager

Vidhi has over 6 years of experience in capital markets working with YES Securities. She has conceptualized & been instrumental in the multi-asset fund set-up & investment strategy design for long-only AIF with active involvement in the portfolio construct. She has worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, IndusInd Bank & Fed Bank Financial Services Ltd. She has completed Masters (MSc) in Finance from Strathclyde Business School in UK, Chartered Accountancy (2 levels) & BCom from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.
