With an extensive 17+ year tenure in the Indian equity market, Aman possesses considerable expertise. Prior to his current role at Abakkus, he served as the Portfolio Manager overseeing all domestic and international schemes within Reliance Asset Management’s PMS division (now Nippon Life India Asset Management). His prior experience at Reliance's Singapore office has endowed him with a distinct regional and global investment outlook, supported by a robust performance history across benchmark-relative, absolute return, and long-short strategies. Previous to his engagement with Reliance in 2005, Aman contributed as a Research Analyst at TAIB Securities, Tata TD Waterhouse, and other brokerage entities. Aman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mumbai University.

Mr. Hitesh Arora serves as a Fund Manager at Abaakkus Asset Management Private Limited, leveraging close to two decades of extensive experience in both domestic and international markets. His career includes roles at esteemed organizations such as Unifi Capital, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan, where he engaged in various capacities across equity research, fund management, financial structuring, and risk management, both within India and globally. Mr. Arora holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore, an MS in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, a B. Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Sunil Singhania, CFA, is the driving force behind Abakkus Asset Management, LLP, an India-centric asset management firm established in 2018. Previously, as Global Head of Equities at Reliance Capital Ltd., Mr. Singhania was responsible for the oversight of equity portfolios and provided strategic guidance to various entities within the Reliance Capital Group, encompassing asset management, insurance, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and offshore asset management. In his capacity as CIO – Equities, he managed the equity schemes of Reliance Mutual Fund (now Nippon India Mutual Fund). Under his leadership, the Reliance Growth Fund (now Nippon India Growth Fund) experienced growth exceeding one hundredfold within a span of less than 22 years. Furthermore, Mr. Singhania spearheaded the international expansion initiatives for Reliance Asset Management (now Nippon Life India Asset Management) Ltd. He played a key role in the introduction of India-focused funds in Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. He also managed mandates for institutional investors located in the United States, Singapore, and other global regions. Currently, Mr. Singhania serves on the IFRS Capital Market Advisory Committee, a position he holds from 2020 to 2023. He was also a Promoter of The Association of NSE Members of India, an organisation representing stockbrokers. His global engagement includes serving on the Global Board of the CFA Institute, USA, from 2013 to 2019, and chairing its Investment Committee from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, he was a member of the CFA Institute's Standards of Practice Council for six years. Mr. Singhania is also the Founder of the Indian Association of Investment Professionals, now known as CFA Society India, where he served as President for eight years. Academically, Mr. Singhania is a Chartered Accountant with a rank and holds the CFA charter. He is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University.
