Fund Manager

Gaurav became part of DSP in March 2014, joining the Investment Alternatives Business. Following his PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Gaurav commenced his professional journey with Goldman Sachs in London, within the Financing Group of their Investment Banking Division. In 2007, he transitioned to the Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies division, concentrating on European equity investments. Prior to joining DSP, Gaurav was instrumental in establishing a long-short fund for Indian equities at Dalton Capital in 2011.

Fund Manager

Natraj became a member of the DSP Investment Team in November 2023, with the objective of developing long-only equity strategies. His extensive career spans over 25 years in investment management. This experience includes a decade managing India-focused, bottom-up investment approaches, five years overseeing Global Emerging Markets portfolios, three years managing GCC strategies, and two years dedicated to an ESG fund. He possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Co-Fund Manager

Surya commenced his tenure at DSP in July 2011, joining the Product Management Group. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, conferred in 2008. His professional journey began at Anand Rathi, where he was associated with the Private Wealth Management Desk. In January 2014, Surya transitioned to DSP's Equity Team. He subsequently assumed portfolio management responsibilities for the DSP Technology.com Fund from July 2015 to July 2017, followed by the DSP A.C.E. Fund from December 2017 to July 2021. Since August 2022, his focus has been within the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) team.
