Mr. Arun is responsible for the investment operations within the Credit Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) at Franklin Templeton Alternative Investments India. He brings over two decades of professional expertise, primarily in investment and portfolio management, alongside credit risk assessment. Prior to his tenure at Franklin Templeton, commencing in 2018 as Head – Credit Research, Mr. Arun spent more than five years with KKR, holding the position of Principal – Global Risk Strategies. His prior experience also includes a decade at CRISIL Ratings, where he served as an Associate Director – Ratings, focusing on structured finance and corporate credit ratings. Academically, Mr. Arun is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Shri Santosh Das Kamath serves as President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Franklin Templeton Alternative Investments (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has been a long-standing member of the Franklin Templeton organization for over 19 years. Previously, he held the position of Fixed Income CIO for the India Asset Management business. Shri Kamath possesses more than thirty years of investment experience. He holds an M.B.A. from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from REC, Bhopal.
