Mr. Jigar Dinesh Shah brings over 16 years of dedicated experience within the capital markets sector at Negen Capital Services Private Limited. His expertise encompasses investment strategies, equity research, business development, comprehensive risk management frameworks, client risk assessment, and client engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management Development. Furthermore, Mr. Shah is certified as an Investment Adviser at Level I and Level II by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).

Mr. Neil Bahal is an accomplished investment practitioner with over twenty years of extensive involvement in the Indian capital markets. His investment career commenced at the age of fifteen, fueled by a profound interest in equities and a commitment to long-term wealth generation. Guided by the principle that "The secret to investing is to figure out the value of something – and then pay a lot less" (Joel Greenblatt), Mr. Bahal's investment approach is centered on discerning intrinsic value and identifying overlooked prospects. As the Founder and Fund Manager at Negen Capital, he directs the Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations. His primary investment strategy involves identifying special situations, focusing on undervalued assets where market inefficiencies or strategic corporate events present opportunities for substantial alpha generation. Mr. Bahal possesses an MBA in Finance and has completed the FMB program at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, further developing his strategic and business leadership acumen.
