Aniruddha Naha, Chief Investment Officer – Alternatives at PGIM India, commenced his tenure in April 2018. He possesses over 22 years of comprehensive experience across equity and debt markets. Mr. Naha holds a Master's degree in Finance & Control from Delhi University. His investment approach is anchored in the Growth at a Reasonable Price (GARP) methodology. Mr. Naha champions a disciplined, process-driven investment strategy, integrating robust risk management protocols. This framework is designed to foster long-term performance consistency and safeguard capital while pursuing alpha generation. The ultimate objective of this research-intensive and process-oriented strategy is to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns.

Fund Manager, PMS

Surjitt Singh Arora serves as a Portfolio Manager within the Portfolio Management Services division at PGIM India Asset Management Private Limited. He is responsible for managing the PGIM India Phoenix Portfolio and the PGIM India Core Equity Portfolio. Mr. Arora holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from Sydenham College, Mumbai, and a Master of Management Studies from the Sydenham Institute of Management and Research (SIMSREE), Mumbai. With over 16 years of comprehensive experience in equity markets, including more than six years in the asset management sector, Surjitt Singh Arora brings a wealth of expertise. His prior role was Head – PMS and Principal Officer at Tata Asset Management. Before that, he contributed as an Equity Research Analyst at Tata Mutual Fund.
