Mr. Krish Iyer brings over forty years of extensive international executive experience spanning retail, banking and finance, and consumer sectors across six nations. Currently, he serves as the Managing Partner at Rational Equity Partners LLP and as an Independent Director on the Board of Procter & Gamble Health & Hygiene Limited. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Iyer held the position of President & CEO at Walmart India for approximately seven years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in significantly expanding Walmart's footprint in India and was closely involved in its strategic investment in Flipkart. His earlier career includes leadership roles at A S Watson & Co., Piramal Enterprises, a subsidiary of ANZ Grindlays Bank, and Asian Paints. Mr. Iyer is a distinguished member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. With a keen interest in the Indian market as an investor for the past 25 years, he possesses profound expertise in India's financial and regulatory environment.
