Athul Kudva, an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, gained initial experience at Tata Motors. Subsequently, he was a co-founder of Omnesys, a firm that engineered robust, scalable solutions for order and risk management, serving traders and brokers nationwide. In 2013, Omnesys was acquired by the prominent media and information entity, Thomson Reuters. With over two decades of active participation as an investor and trader, Athul possesses more than 25 years of profound market acumen. This extensive market expertise, coupled with technological proficiency, has enabled him to develop quantitative systems and tools that are integral to Samvitti's fund management operations.

Prabhakar Kudva is a distinguished long-only growth investor. He has been recognized by the Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) as one of the "40 Under 40 Investment Managers." Mr. Kudva has consistently delivered market-leading returns over numerous years, achieved through astute selection of high-growth enterprises that have subsequently demonstrated significant appreciation. He is also the proprietor of a widely read blog, "Investment Insight India," offering investment perspectives for several years. Previously, he contributed to the financial technology sector, developing products tailored for capital markets. As the Founder Director of Samvitti, Mr. Kudva is primarily responsible for identifying enduring investment prospects for Samvitti's diverse long-only portfolios. Furthermore, he oversees the investment research and technology departments.
