Prior to establishing Valentis, Mr. Jaipuria amassed 21 years of professional experience at Merrill Lynch. Our investment approach is centered on cultivating investor wealth through the acquisition of equities trading below their intrinsic value, coupled with a long-term holding strategy to achieve robust compounded returns. Mr Jyotivardhan Jaipuria

Fund Manager

Prior to establishing Valentis, Mr. Jyoti accumulated 21 years of experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he held the position of Head of Research and India Strategist. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing the research division into India's premier research provider and a leading institutional brokerage. As a strategist, he consistently received recognition from prominent institutional investors in India. Mr. Jyoti also held directorial positions on the Board of DSP Merrill Lynch, served on the Asia Pacific Research Executive Committee and Operating Committee, and was a member of the India Country Leadership Team (CLT), among other management roles. Before his time at DSP Merrill Lynch, he was engaged in project financing at ICICI. Academically, Mr. Jyoti holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Sydenham College and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
