His professional journey encompasses senior positions within reputable organizations including Tata Steel, Milestone Capital, and Landmark Capital Advisors. Bhavya's expertise is particularly evident in his capacity to assess and expand real estate ventures, with a dedicated emphasis on maximizing value, effectively managing risk, and optimizing for tax efficiency. His comprehensive grasp of both domestic and international fund structures ensures that all investments are meticulously planned and geared towards superior performance.

Nishad Khanolkar holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and is an associate member of CPA Australia. His expertise spans 17 years in global fund management, complemented by 5 years of experience in corporate finance. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of SP Growth Partners, an asset management company headquartered in Hong Kong. Mr. Khanolkar has been associated with India Inflection Opportunity Fund (“IIOF”), a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) managed by Pantomath Group, since its inception. Following the successful launch of India Inflection Opportunity Fund Series I (“IIOF”), which secured commitments totaling INR 500 Crores, the next fund, "Bharat Value Fund" ("BVF"), has been introduced. BVF is structured as a INR 1,000 Crore fund focused on mid-market pre-IPO J-curve investment opportunities.
